My Job Role and Responsibilities were-

Being a shift lead I interact with UK client regarding open INC if there are any.
Update client regarding task also cross check with client if they are facing any issues with any of the applications.
Ensure ticketing tools are running normally. Alerts are getting generated on timely basis. If not, we inform to the concern department and email is sent to respective department and Higher authorities.
Perform on tickets, requests received through emails and through various mediums (Tools) by using tools like (Unix, SQL)
Monitoring SNAP chains, CCB Backup, Credit and Debit market application jobs.
We perform troubleshooting on the given host and user machine console through putty as per requirements.
Being part of change mange DRE (Disaster Recovery), we perform on release Activity to ensure the application jobs are properly added to those applications and are part of daily application Activities
Make notes of MOM and circulate in the team through email.
Working on various tasks assigned through various sources and ensuring tasks are completed in stipulated time.
Good knowledge of UNIX and SQL.
Extensive working experience in Production support environment by supporting and resolving various environmental issues related to Unix, Database, and middleware of application.
Coordinating with different teams and clients for resolving the issues related to the application.
Involved in 24/7 on-call support for production environment
