Between March 2015 and November 2016 I assumed the Global Chief Operations & Service Delivery Officer role in TLS (subsidiary company of the TP Group) located officially in Luxembourg, and from October 2017 to March 2023 I have been the EMEA Operations and Client Relationship Director of Teleperformance for a known large multinational technology company., with official location Dortmund.
