In addition to this, I would be in contact with the bosses of the areas assigned to me to receive any complaints, suggestions or doubts and solve them before it escalates.
- SAFE: In the workshop while reviewing the monthly work done, I would give their flowers to my coworkers and, while speaking to my manager and to my boss, I would remark on the contribution to the team that each of them meant.
Because of my work ethic, I was treated as an example, which I used to comminucate to my superior ways to improve working conditions for my colleagues and show better results as an area on the whole.
