The ideal candidate exudes a passion for customer engagement and technical prowess. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Technical sales support: Understanding clients’ needs for computer vision applications and elucidating technical intricacies during the sales process.
  • Field application engineering: Directly engaging with customers to grasp their challenges.
  • Production Knowledge: Providing specialized training for customers and supporting them with comprehensive documentation, including troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Customer relationship management: Ensuring efficient communication and fostering strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration: Liaising with other teams to relay client feedback and insights, driving continuous improvement in functionality and user experience.

To thrive in this role, you should bring a minimum of 5 years of experience, along with foundational knowledge in computer vision and machine learning. Proficiency in network configurations, troubleshooting, cross-platform OS configuration (including Windows and Linux), and remote support software tools is essential. Additionally, proficiency in log file inspection, basic scripting skills for task automation, and a knack for problem-solving are highly valued. Fluency in professional English, both verbal and written, is a must.
